Gabriele Floris was born in Santa Margherita Ligure (GE) on 5.4.1976.

He graduated from Giovanni Da Vigo Classical Lyceum in Rapallo (GE), and took his law degree from Genoa University in July 2002 with a thesis in labour law.

He was authorised to exercise the legal profession in the Court of Appeal of Genoa in October 2005 and registered in the Register of Lawyers of Chiavari and then Genoa in the same year.

He joined Studio Legale Ghibellini in November 2005 and became a partner in 2013, concerned with credit collection, executive, bankruptcy and insolvency procedures, guarantees, security deposits and autonomous guarantee contracts, commercial leases and company leases.

He speaks English and German.
