Gianluca Evelli was born in Campo Ligure (GE) on 20.11.1972.

He graduated from the Classical Lyceum in 1991 and took his law degree from Genoa University with a thesis on civil procedural law.

He was authorised to practice the profession of law and registered in the Register of Lawyers of Genoa in 2002.

He has worked with Studio Legale Ghibellini since 2003, becoming a partner in 2014.

His areas of specialisation are credit collection, executive, bankruptcy and solvency procedures, guarantees, security deposits, autonomous guarantee contracts, commercial leases and company leases.

Between 2009 and 2014 he was Town Councillor in the City of Masone (GE) concerned with legal affairs, and in 2013 he became a member of the Construction Commission of the City of Campo Ligure (GE).

He speaks French and English.
