Francesca Magnaghi was born in Genoa on 6.7.1971.

She graduated from Istituto Marcellino Champagnat Scientific Lyceum in Genoa and took her law degree from Genoa University with a thesis in industrial law.

After graduating she worked in the law firm of barrister Egisto Cavallari for about ten years, gaining experience in the fields of civil law, labour law and maritime labour law.

She has been working with Studio Legale Ghibellini since 2009, and is primarily concerned with civil law, tourism law, so-called common labour law, public employment, and port and maritime labour law.

She frequently works on disputes concerning Italian and foreign workers in the cruise ship sector, an area in which she has considerable experience.

She speaks English and French.
